Job description
As a Business Development Associate, you will play a key role in driving the growth of our recruitment services. You will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and collaborating with the recruitment team to deliver tailored hiring solutions to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with potential clients across industries.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships through effective communication and account management.
- Pitch recruitment services to prospective clients and present customized solutions based on their hiring needs.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and potential business prospects.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure seamless delivery of services and client satisfaction.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales and revenue targets.

- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with decision-makers.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Knowledge of recruitment industry trends and hiring practices (preferred).
- Proficiency in MS Office
Qualifications
- Any Graduate
- 0–2 years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition (experience in recruitment/staffing industry is a plus).
- Freshers with strong communication and interpersonal skills are welcome to apply.
