- Customer Engagement:
- Greet and assist customers, understand their needs, and recommend appropriate products and services.
- Sales & Promotions:
- Actively promote products, special offers, and sales strategies to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
- Product Knowledge:
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of all products, services, and promotions to effectively advise customers.
- Transaction Management:
- Process sales transactions, returns, and other customer inquiries accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
