Job Description

We are looking for a Procurement Manager to manage end-to-end procurement activities, vendor sourcing, and supplier relationships. The ideal candidate should have experience in procurement, strong negotiation skills, and exposure to both domestic & international vendor management.

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage procurement for commodities, technical, and non-technical items.
2. Source, evaluate, and onboard vendors (India & overseas).
3. Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing to ensure cost efficiency.
4. Ensure timely procurement and smooth supply chain operations.
5. Collaborate with internal teams to align procurement needs with business goals.
6. Ensure compliance with procurement policies and government regulations.

Desired Candidate Profile

1. Graduate (Engineering/Technical degree preferred).
2. 2–3 years of relevant procurement experience.
3. Strong negotiation, budgeting, and vendor management skills.
4. Good knowledge of procurement laws (domestic & international).
5. Hands-on experience with MS Office & data analysis.
6. Flexible and adaptable to work in a fast-paced environment.
