We are looking for a dynamic Project Manager with strong expertise in RFS and IT project frameworks to lead complex technology initiatives and ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions. Roles & Responsibilities Lead and manage end-to-end project lifecycle, from initiation to closure, ensuring successful delivery within scope, time, and budget. Drive RFS (Request for Service) processes, coordinating with stakeholders and aligning project requirements with business objectives. Implement and follow IT project management frameworks, methodologies, and best practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, testers, architects, and business analysts to ensure smooth execution. Track project milestones, deliverables, and risks, providing regular updates to leadership and clients. Manage stakeholder communication, expectations, and escalations effectively. Ensure compliance with organizational standards, documentation, and reporting processes. Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of accountability and performance. Required Skills & Qualifications Page 2 of 2 5–10 years of proven experience in IT project management. Strong knowledge of RFS processes and IT project frameworks (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or Hybrid). Excellent leadership, team management, and stakeholder engagement skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail. Hands-on experience with project management tools (Jira, MS Project, Trello, or similar). PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or Scrum Master certification preferred. Strong communication skills (written & verbal) with ability to work in a global remote setup.
