Job Title: Picker / Packer

Location: Andheri, Mumbai, Maharashtra

Employment Type: Full Time / Part Time

- Job Summary

We are looking for reliable and hardworking Picker / Packer staff to join our warehouse/logistics team in Andheri. The individual will be responsible for picking items, packing them properly, scanning, and helping in loading/unloading to ensure timely dispatch of orders.

- Key Responsibilities

Use scanners or electronic devices to pick the correct items from inventory as per order sheets or system instructions.

Pack items securely to avoid damage during transit; ensure proper sealing, cushioning, and correct packaging material.

Load & unload goods from delivery trucks or storage areas.

Scan items during picking / packing / loading / unloading to update inventory / order status.

Inspect products to ensure quality—no damage, correct quantity, right product.

Maintain clean, organized work area; follow safety and hygiene protocols.

Report any stock discrepancies or damaged goods to supervisor.

Meet order fulfillment targets (accuracy + speed) as assigned.

Skills & Requirements

Basic educational qualification (preferably 10th pass or as per company standard).

Skills required: Packaging, Loading, Unloading, Scanning.

Physical fitness: ability to lift, carry, bend, stand for long hours.

Willingness to work in shifts.

Ability to work in a team and follow instructions carefully.

Good attention to detail and accuracy.

Working Hours / Shift Timings

Full Time Shifts:

7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

2:00 PM – 11:00 PM

11:00 PM – 8:00 AM

Part Time Shifts:

7:00 AM – 12:00 PM

5:00 PM – 10:00 PM

Salary

Full Time: ₹15,500/month

Part Time: ₹7,500/month
