Location: Noida We are seeking a motivated and persuasive Business Development Associate who will be responsible for engaging with Indian nurses, guiding them about overseas job opportunities in Germany, and promoting our German language training packages. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a sales-driven mindset, and the ability to build trust with healthcare professionals. Reach out to and counsel nurses about employment opportunities in Germany. Explain the benefits of working in Germany, including career growth, lifestyle, and financial stability. Present and sell German language training packages essential for the job opportunity. Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and in-person meetings. Maintain records of prospects, leads, and conversions in CRM tools. Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth. Collaborate with the operations and training teams to ensure smooth onboarding of candidates. Bachelor’s degree in any field (sales/marketing background preferred). Strong interpersonal and persuasive communication skills. 0–2 years of experience in sales, counseling, or business development (freshers with good communication skills may apply). Excellent verbal and written communication in English. Ability to multitask and thrive in a fastpaced environment. Ability to build rapport and maintain longterm client relationships.
