Position -Electrical Maintenance Engineer

Client - Bosch

Responsibility

• Should Have experience in maintenance in Heat Treatment process and equipment’s,surface treatment plant.

• Should have hands on experience oftroubleshootingofSiemensS-7 200,S7300,S71200,OmronPLC.

• HeShouldhaveknowledgeof

Three phase induction motor circuits and VFD.

• Should have experience of trouble shooting and maintenance of mechanical power and control circuits.

• He Should have knowledge of

SCADA system.

• He Should have troubleshooting and calibration of instruments like Temp. controllers, Pressure controllers, Pressure switches, Thermocouples, Gas analyzers. Pyrometers.

• HeShouldhaveknowledgeof calibration oftest equipment’s.

• He can read the mechanical control diagrams.

• He should know the high temp. furnace safety procedures.

• Canworkunderahighlyproduction pressure environment.

• HeShould know basic

Maintenance systems like MTTBF, MTTR,Uptime,Why-Whyanalysis

• Candosparepartmanagementby own.

• He Should know the basics of 5S, Kaizen concepts.

• Should have good idea of Safety and safe work environment speciallyinaHeatTreatmentshop.

• Should have good computer

proficiency in MSoffice,SAP.
