Job description

Responsibilities:  Own and define the brand’s visual identity, ensuring consistency across all channels.  Lead and mentor a creative team (designers, writers, video editors, etc.) to deliver high-impact campaigns.  Design and oversee social media creatives, emailers, presentations, and marketing collateral.  Collaborate with marketing and content teams to create storytelling-driven campaigns that drive results.  Build and streamline creative processes and workflows for efficiency and timely delivery.  Stay ahead of design trends and tools, bringing innovation to campaigns.  Lead brainstorming sessions and inspire breakthrough creative ideas.  Balance hands-on design work with strategic leadership to ensure world-class execution.
