What you will work on: ● Managing a high-performance sales team. ● Identifying and developing new business opportunities. ● Driving team productivity. ● Ensuring achievement of sales targets for the respective line of business. ● Contacting potential customers to showcase the company's services. ● Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with key customers. ● Handling customer exceptions and concerns. ● Negotiating prices and terms with customers. ● Planning and managing sales beats. The ideal candidate: ● Ability to work effectively as part of a team. ● Good communication skills (local language mandatory). ● Comfortable with travel across Gujarat frequently and familiar with Ahmedabad and Gandhinagar. Qualification : ● Minimum 2 years of field sales and team handling experience, preferably in business loans. ● A graduation degree in any field is required.
