Hi all,


We are looking for Senior Procurement Manager for Malur location.


Skills:

  1. Proven experience in procurement within the manufacturing sector,
  2. preferably in interiors (furniture, interior design, joinery, carpentry, woodwork
  3. etc.).
  4. Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain vendor
  5. relationships.
  6. In-depth knowledge of procurement strategies, cost analysis, and supply chain
  7. management.
  8. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  9. Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  10. High attention to detail and accuracy in procurement processes.
  11. Collaborative and adaptable working style


Job Profile :


  1. Identify, assess, and manage relationships with suppliers to ensure a robust
  2. and diverse vendor base.
  3. Negotiate favorable terms, contracts, and service level agreements with
  4. suppliers to achieve cost savings and quality assurance.
  5. Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with the company's
  6. objectives.
  7. Conduct market research to stay abreast of industry trends and identify
  8. potential new suppliers.
  9. Analyze costs, negotiate pricing, and implement cost-effective measures
  10. without compromising quality.
  11. Collaborate with the finance team to create and manage procurement
  12. budgets.
  13. Streamline and optimize procurement processes for efficiency and
  14. effectiveness.
  15. Implement best practices in procurement and contribute to continuous
  16. improvement initiatives.
  17. Collaborate with Quality Control teams to ensure that procured materials
  18. meet the required standards.
  19. Implement and maintain a robust quality assurance process within the
  20. procurement function.
  21. Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with procurement activities.
  22. Develop contingency plans to address supply chain disruptions and ensure
  23. business continuity.
  24. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Operations, Contracts &
  25. Billing, and Project Management.
  26. Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and suppliers to ensure
  27. alignment with project timelines and objectives.
  28. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards in all
  29. procurement activities.
