Job description

Handle procurement of construction materials including steel, cement, aggregates, tiles, electrical fittings, plumbing, sanitary ware, paints, woodwork, and finishing items.

Develop and maintain strong vendor and contractor networks to ensure reliability and timely supply.

Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and contracts to achieve cost savings without compromising quality.
