Job Description – Digital Marketing Executive We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive who will plan, execute, and optimize online marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with digital campaigns, social media, lead generation, SEO/SEM, and should be able to work closely with the creative team to deliver effective marketing content. Key Responsibilities:  Plan, manage, and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn, etc.).  Work closely with graphic designers to guide creative requirements for ads, social media posts, and video creatives.  Create and manage engaging content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).  Create WhatsApp Marketing Templates for outreach and campaigns.  Analyze performance metrics (CTR, CPC, leads, conversions) and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.  Perform SEO & SEM activities, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and backlink strategies.  Research industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the market.  Coordinate with internal teams for campaign execution, reporting, and improvements.  Prepare and present weekly and monthly performance reports. Qualifications & Skills:  Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.  1–3 years of proven experience in digital marketing (real estate industry experience is a plus).  Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, SEO, SEM, Analytics tools.  Good understanding of social media trends and content strategies.  Creative thinker with strong communication and analytical skills.  Ability to work collaboratively with designers, content writers, and sales teams.  Strong organizational and project management skills.
