We are hiring an Operations Manager to oversee our e-commerce operations. This role will be responsible for managing end-to-end order processing, coordinating with logistics partners, optimizing costs, and ensuring timely deliveries. The ideal candidate will bring strong operational expertise, leadership skills to manage a small team, and the ability to collaborate across functions to deliver seamless customer experiences.
How You Will Add Value (Core responsibilities):
Manage end-to-end operations for e-commerce channels, ensuring smooth order flow and process adherence.
Define and implement SOPs for purchase order (PO) processing and coordinate across teams while adhering to defined TATs.
Collaborate with logistics partners to streamline the delivery process and drive timely, efficient order fulfillment.
Monitor and optimize logistics costs to ensure cost-efficiency.
Handle and resolve marketplace/e-commerce order-related queries within deadlines.
Lead and manage a team of 2–3 members, providing guidance and performance support.
Work closely with cross-functional teams (Marketplace, Finance, Customer Support, etc.) to ensure seamless operations.
What You Bring to The Team (Experience & Education) :-
Graduate/Postgraduate with 3–6 years of experience in e-commerce operations.
Strong understanding of marketplace processes, order management, and logistics.
Excellent coordination and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
Strong communication and leadership skills with experience in managing small teams.
