Job description
- Understanding of financial statements, Bank statements, key Financial Ratios, Working capital management, FOIR, DBR, Multipliers, etc. Ability to judge the customer profile and identify his/her eligibility basis data provided
- Experience of working and evaluating Bureau reports (CIBIL, Experian, CRIF, etc.)
- Good Understanding of various loan products
- Strong analytical skills and detail oriented to understand the business model of the borrower.
- Ability to explain complex information clearly and rationally.
- Forward request beyond the statutory limit to the HO
- Manage external agents involved in the verification process
- Co-ordinate with the recoveries team and generate business insights.
- Responsible for fraud management and risk mitigation activities
- Credit Appraisal of Loan applications within defined guidelines and accordingly take decision or recommend for approval to higher authorities.
- To evaluate proposals of customers for LAP and BL
- Decision making within defined TAT
