Job Title – Telesales Senior Executive

Job Location – Kharade, Pune

Range Of Experience – 2 yrs+

Job Summary

We’re seeking a motivated and experienced Telesales Senior Executive to join our team. In this role, you'll handle

inbound and outbound calls with prospective students, focusing on converting leads for INFS programs. You’ll also

support the team with your expertise, driving sales and ensuring a high-quality customer experience. If you have

experience in telesales, especially in healthcare, and are passionate about helping people make informed decisions—this

role is for you.

Responsibilities

 Sales & Counselling

 Manage inbound and outbound calls with prospective students interested in INFS programs.

 Understand client needs and recommend suitable courses based on their goals and background.

 Use consultative selling techniques to drive enrolments and handle objections effectively.

 Follow up with leads in a timely manner and maintain accurate records in the CRM.

 Achieve individual sales targets consistently.

 Team Support

 Support the telesales team with mentorship and guidance based on your own experience in telesales.

 Assist in setting team targets and share best practices to help achieve sales KPIs.

 Conduct audits of call quality and CRM usage to ensure adherence to best practices.

 Reporting & Strategy

 Track individual and team performance, ensuring consistent follow-up and lead conversion.

 Work with marketing and content teams to improve lead nurturing strategies and campaign efficiency.

 Suggest improvements to sales scripts and FAQ resources based on client feedback and performance metrics.

Skills

 2+ years of telesales experience, specifically within the healthcare sector.

 Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.

 Strong communication skills in English and Hindi; fluency in regional languages is a plus.

 Proficiency with CRM systems, Google Sheets, and other lead tracking tools.

 Ability to build rapport quickly and handle objections with ease.

 Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.

Requirements

 Experience in the coaching, health, fitness, or education industries is a plus.

 Ability to support and train junior team members in telesales techniques and objection handling.

 Comfortable working with performance metrics and reporting.

 A growth mindset with an interest in continuous learning and development.

Interview Process

 Round 1 to be conducted by Head of Operations.

 Assignment (if any) Depends - we can take a call depending on how the 1st round of the candidate goes.
