Job Title: Online Reputation Management (ORM) Executive

Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented ORM Executive to manage and enhance our brand’s online reputation across digital platforms. The ideal candidate will monitor brand mentions, respond to customer feedback, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and promote positive engagement.

Key Responsibilities: 1. Monitoring & Analysis:

a. Track brand mentions across social media, review sites, forums, blogs, and news platforms.

b. Use ORM tools to analyse sentiment and trends.

2. Engagement & Response:

a. Respond promptly and professionally to customer reviews, comments, and queries.

b. Escalate critical feedback to relevant departments and ensure timely resolution.

3. Content & Strategy:

a. Collaborate with marketing and customer service teams to craft appropriate responses and messaging.

b. Develop strategies to improve brand perception and reduce negative sentiment.

4. Reporting & Insights:

a. Prepare weekly/monthly ORM reports highlighting sentiment trends, key issues, and improvement areas.

b. Share actionable insights with internal stakeholders to improve customer experience.

5. Crisis Management:

a. Assist in managing online crises and negative publicity by coordinating with PR and legal teams.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in any related field.

2. 1–3 years of experience in ORM, social media management, or customer experience.

3. Strong written and verbal communication skills.

4. Familiarity with ORM tools and analytics platforms.

5. Ability to handle sensitive issues with discretion and professionalism.

6. Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
