Job Description :
1. Efficiently Managing and driving the team of RMs/ Sales Manager/ DSAs & Connectors.
2. Maintaining a minimum sales target of 50 times of the branch cost .
3. P&L Responsibility (Business Volume/Portfolio Quality) of the Branch - Will be responsible for
4. Work proactively with Operations & Credit to develop Business strategy and Resolve
disbursement related issues.
5. Measure the productivity and efficiency of Sales Team and Channel partners closely.
6. Regular Visits to DSA, Channel Partners & Company RMs on a case to case basis.
7. Exercises authority concerning staffing, training, performance appraisals, promotions, career development,
salary actions and terminations of subordinate personnel.
8. Maintains a high level of employee morale to minimize turnover and maximize customer service
satisfaction.
9. Develops a quality loan portfolio to obtain the NBFCs loan growth objectives .
10. Accepts, counsels, analyzes, collects and reviews required documents to initiate the loan process. Monitors
loan portfolio to correct loan document exceptions and services the loan portfolio to reduce past dues and
charge offs.
11. Communicates and implements new ideas and marketing strategies within the branch market area to
improve sales, cross-sells, marketing, and staff development.
12. Implement corporate culture through reinforcement of quality service and teamwork and maintain a high
level of employee morale within the branch.
13. Develops retail and commercial business through expansion, retention, and development strategies.
14. Ensures branch compliance with audit and regulatory procedures.
15. Direct all operational aspects including distribution operations, customer service, human resources,
administration and sales
16. Assess local market conditions and identify current and prospective sales opportunities.
17. Stay abreast of competing markets and provide reports on market movement and penetration.
18. Manage daily operations, especially customer service and finance activities, and make improvements as
needed.
Branch Manager Requirements:
1. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in mortgage sales in NBFC/HFC in Delhi NCR in the informal
/ affordable sector (Ticket Size 2 Lacs - 15 Lacs).
2. Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
3. Experience leading and developing top-performing teams.
4. Sound understanding of Real Estate market in Delhi NCR
5. Good communication and interpersonal skills
6. Product Specialization: Loan against Property Informal / affordable Sector
