Job Description: Tech Support About the Role: We are looking for a Tech Support Executive to assist our clients with the tools and software purchased from us. The role involves resolving client queries, providing product support, and ensuring smooth usage of our CRM and other digital marketing software. Freshers with a background in Computer Applications are welcome, as full training will be provided. Key Responsibilities: • Provide technical support to clients for tools, CRM, and software purchased from our company. • Assist clients with installation, setup, troubleshooting, and usage of tools. • Deliver product training and guidance to clients as required. • Coordinate with internal teams for complex technical issues. • Maintain proper documentation of client queries and solutions. • Ensure timely resolution and high client satisfaction. Requirements: • Education: Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Computer Applications or a related field. • Experience: Fresher or up to 1 year experience in Tech Support/Software Support. • Strong knowledge of computers, internet, and troubleshooting basics. • Good communication and client-handling skills. • Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and software.
