Requirements: 7+ years of experience in collections, preferably in unsecured business loans or retail lending * Strong knowledge of collection processes, legal frameworks, and regulatory guidelines. * Proven track record of team handling and achieving collection targets. * Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills. * Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively. * **Qualification:** Any Graduate (MBA/PGDM preferred but not mandatory).
