Conducts product demonstrations via phone to showcase offerings and drives conversions. Achieves or exceeds sales targets, maintains accurate records, and collaborates with teams for alignment. Requires strong communication skills, sales acumen, and a passion for fitness. Responsibilities Achieve forecasted sales goals by promoting our online fitness subscription services. Manage the sales pipeline and proactively source leads through various channels. Should be able to showcase the features and benefits of our fitness programs, primarily over phone calls Understand customer requirements and tailor solutions to meet their fitness goals. On-board new customers and maintain ongoing communication to ensure satisfaction and retention. Skills Sales, MS Suite, Negotiation, Deal Closing, Communication, Cross-Sell Requirements Highly motivated with excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work well under pressure. Experience in inside sales and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients. Passion for fitness and a good understanding of the online fitness industry. Work may involve night shifts and weekend shifts too At ease working in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
