* Monitor and check vehicle charging status regularly to ensure operational readiness.

* Handle and coordinate with candidates/drivers during the shift to ensure smooth workflow.

* Manage vehicle deployment and ensure timely dispatch and return of vehicles.

* Maintain accurate records and reports related to vehicle usage and candidate attendance.

* Address any operational issues promptly and communicate effectively with the team and client.

* Ensure adherence to safety and company policies during the night shift.
