Job description

Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and schedule appointments.
● Follow up with leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
● Maintain accurate records of calls and update customer information in the company database.
● Provide excellent customer service and address any questions or concerns.
● Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly goals for calls made, leads generated, and conversion.
● Participate in training and development programs to improve performance and achieve company
objectives.
● Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times.
What are you looking for:
● 1-2 years of experience in outbound sales or customer service preferred.
● Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
● Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer objections.
● Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
● Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience using a customer database.
● Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
● Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
