Job description

Key Responsibilities  Work directly under the guidance of the DGM & CFO  Ensure full compliance with Direct & Indirect Taxation laws  Prepare budgets, forecasts, and monthly MIS reports  Manage and coordinate with Statutory and Internal Auditors  Prepare Audited Financial Statements of the Listed Company, including subsidiary companies, in line with applicable statutory provisions  Ensure compliance with FEMA regulations  Liaise with banks for credit facilities and RBI compliance  Handle quarterly and annual closures, ensuring compliance with all listed company regulations  Support in various ad-hoc finance and compliance activities as directed by senior management
