Reach out to and counsel nurses about employment opportunities in Germany.

 Explain the benefits of working in Germany, including career growth, lifestyle, and financial stability.

 Present and sell German language training packages essential for the job opportunity.

 Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and in-person meetings.

 Maintain records of prospects, leads, and conversions in CRM tools.

 Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.

 Collaborate with the operations and training teams to ensure smooth onboarding of candidates.

 Bachelor’s degree in any field (sales/marketing background preferred).

 Strong interpersonal and persuasive communication skills.

 0–2 years of experience in sales, counseling, or business development (freshers with good communication skills may apply).

 Excellent verbal and written communication in English.

 Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

 Ability to build rapport and maintain long-term client relationships.

 Target-oriented mindset with a passion for career counseling and sales.
