Role Overview:
We are looking for a responsible and proactive Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations at our managed properties. This role involves rental collection, handling property visits, managing shifting processes, and ensuring overall property maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure all assigned properties are clean, well-maintained, and guest-ready at all times.
- Handle rental collection and maintain accurate payment records.
- Coordinate and conduct property visits with potential tenants.
- Manage tenant shifting processes (check-ins and check-outs).
- Monitor and address any repair or maintenance issues with quick resolution.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and support teams for smooth operations.
- Maintain regular communication with tenants for feedback and updates.
Candidate Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in property management, facility coordination, or hospitality operations.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and people management abilities.
- Willingness to travel between properties when required.
- Basic knowledge of rental agreements and hospitality standards is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree preferred, but not mandatory.
