Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Corporate Sales Manager to build and manage partnerships with corporate clients. The role focuses on driving B2B accommodation bookings and positioning the company as a trusted housing solution for employees and business travelers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and connect with HR/admin departments of companies for employee accommodation tie-ups.
• Generate leads and close deals for bulk or long-term bookings.
• Build strong relationships with corporate clients, relocation partners, and facility management companies.
• Customize and pitch accommodation proposals based on client needs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and excellent service delivery.
• Maintain sales pipelines, track performance metrics, and submit regular reports.
• Represent the brand at networking events, expos, and business forums.
Candidate Requirements:
• 2–4 years of experience in corporate sales, hospitality sales, or B2B business
development.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Knowledge of the hospitality or co-living sector is preferred.
• Proven ability to meet targets and manage multiple corporate accounts.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Hospitality, or related field.
