Job description

Key Responsibilities:


  1. Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers in Telugu.
  2. Explain ImpactGuru’s services clearly and convincingly.
  3. Build rapport with customers and address their queries.
  4. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.
  5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.


Requirements:


  1. Fluency in Telugu and decent English/Hindi.
  2. Prior telesales/customer service experience preferred.
  3. Strong communication and persuasion skills.
  4. Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
  5. Immediate joiners preferred.
