Sr.Executive-First Mile (Seller Pickup) (Off Role)

Job description

1.Manage the first mile operations and ensuring the pickup from
traders/retail sellers/distributors are being done in timely manner at
the least cost. 2.Lead First Mile pickup associate teams and assist them in their
respective cluster(s) to achieve performance target and cost per parcel
target. 3.Lead on numerous improvement and process excellence projects aimed
at streamlining picking up activities.4.Be a Subject-Matter Expert on larger processes and pick up activities.5.Manage the timely data collection to update overall metrics on a
daily basis, to achieve productivity targets, reduce cost, eliminate,errors in dispatch and thus deliver excellent customer service.6.Manage logistics requirements of First mile and line haul logistics by
optimizing the capacity and routes.7.Implement change and contribute to cross-functional initiatives
