Job purpose

· Responsible for leading and managing the sales team to achieve company sales targets and objectives.

· This role involves developing and implementing sales strategies, managing key client relationships, and driving revenue growth.

· The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales management, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.


Duties and responsibilities

Sales Strategy Development: Create and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales targets and objectives.

Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to ensure high performance and professional growth.

Sales Forecasting: Develop and manage sales forecasts and budgets, and analyze sales performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, and oversee the management of key accounts.

Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, assess market trends, and adjust strategies accordingly.

Reporting: Prepare and present regular sales reports, including performance metrics, sales forecasts, and market insights, to senior management.

Training and Development: Provide training and support to sales team members, ensuring they have the necessary skills and resources to succeed.

Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to align sales strategies with company goals and initiatives.


Qualifications

Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Technical Proficiency: Proficiency with excel, sap software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Personal Attributes: Results-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
