Work under DGM & CFO

Fully familiar with Direct & Indirect Taxation

Budgeting, Forcast and monthly MIS

Handling Stautory & Internal Auditors

Preparation of Audited Accounts of Listed company as per prevailing statutory provisions including Subsidiary companies

Familiar with FEMA compliances

Dealing with banks for credit lines and comppliances inclusing RBI

Familiar with compliances of a listed company for quarterly and annual closing

Other activities as informed from time to time
