Company Name-Flexi Loans Position: State Head – Collections Experience: 10+ Years Location: Chennai Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic **State Head – Collections** to lead and manage the collection operations across the state. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in **unsecured loan collections**, **flow bucket management**, and **team leadership**. Key Responsibilities: * Oversee the end-to-end collections function for unsecured business loans across the assigned region. * Drive and monitor **flow bucket** and **field collection** performance to ensure minimal delinquency and NPA levels. * Manage, train, and motivate a large team of Area and Regional Collection Managers. * Develop and implement collection strategies to improve recovery efficiency. * Coordinate with legal, credit, and business teams to resolve high-risk accounts. * Monitor and report state-level collection metrics and performance indicators to senior management. * Ensure compliance with all company policies and regulatory requirements in collection practices. Key Skills & Requirements: * Minimum **10 years of experience** in collections, preferably in **unsecured loans**. * Strong understanding of **flow bucket** management and field operations. * Proven experience in **team management** and performance monitoring. * Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills. * Ability to handle pressure and deliver results in a fast-paced environment. Qualification: * Graduate / Postgraduate in any discipline.
