Job Title: Assistant Manager – BPO Experience Required: Total Experience: 5–6 years Mandatory: Minimum 6 months active experience as Assistant Manager (Outbound Sales experience is a must) Location: Mihan, Nagpur Joining: Immediate joining preferred Roles & Responsibilities: Drive effective performance planning for self and team, ensuring time management and conflict resolution. Deliver an exemplary employee experience, promoting a positive and respectful workplace culture. Identify opportunities to motivate, recognize, and appreciate employees to boost morale and retention. Foster an environment rooted in strong ethics and compliance. Perform analysis, MIS generation, and reporting to track performance and process adherence. Manage planning, prioritization, and data collection activities to meet organizational goals. Act as a single point of contact for all non-operations departments, ensuring smooth cross-functional collaboration. Ensure timely closure of all processes, requirements, and escalations for self and the team. Key Skills & Competencies: Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to mentor and develop team members. Proven expertise in Outbound Sales and target achievement. Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution abilities. Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and MIS reporting. Sound knowledge of call center operations, KPIs, and metrics. Ability to manage workforce planning, scheduling, and performance monitoring. Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills. Ability to build strong cross-functional relationships and act as a SPOC for multiple departments.
