Position : Assistant General Manager / Sr. Manager - Land Vertical

Roles and Responsibilities:-

Reaching out to corporates and landlords to identify new land deals

Network and arrange business meetings with potential clients, developers and local landlords

Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers

Offer land parcels to clients based on their requirements

Assists in the evaluation process and inspection of land under consideration for acquisition

Put together comparisons for buyers and sellers to consider

Advise clients on the potential profit margins of investment properties based on market trends and

feasibility

Initiate and manage new acquisition feasibility work and provide market intelligence

Negotiate contracts so the terms are as per market trends and viable for clients as much as possible

(and while consulting with real estate lawyers when necessary)

Stay updated with real estate markets, trends and best practices

Network with builders and developers to maintain market awareness

Desired Candidate Profile :-

The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to close deals and reach mutually beneficial agreements with

clients.

Highly motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proficient in MS Office(Excel & Power Point)

Work Experience : Minimum 7 years experience in sales profile.

Education:- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or in any stream.
