We have 9 centers across India, specializing in cosmetology, plastic surgery, aesthetic surgery, aesthetic medicine, and dermatology.


Work Location: Back Side of Bandra Kurla Complex, Kalina CST Road, Santacruz (E).

Working Days: Monday to Saturday (6Days in a Week)

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager/ Manager, Digital Marketing & Growth at The Esthetic Clinics in Mumbai. The role involves tasks such as social media marketing, lead generation, web analytics, and digital marketing strategies. The Assistant Manager/ Manager will play a key role in driving the clinic's online presence and growth through various marketing initiatives.


We are looking for a skilled and passionate Assistant Manager/Manager of Digital Marketing and Growth to drive our digital marketing initiatives within the Hair, Skin, and Cosmetic category of the health industry. This role requires hands-on execution experience in performance marketing, SEO, and social media, along with a strategic mindset to optimize our online presence and drive customer engagement.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Performance Marketing:
  2. Supervise, oversee, and manage performance marketing campaigns across channels (PPC, display ads, retargeting) to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
  3. Monitor, analyse, and report on campaign performance, optimising strategies to maximise ROI and achieve KPIs.
  4. SEO Strategy:
  5. Conduct thorough keyword research and competitive analysis to inform content strategy and SEO initiatives, along with SEO agency/ Freelancers.
  6. Optimize website content, landing pages, and blog posts for search engines to improve organic search rankings and traffic, along with a content writer.
  7. Collaborate with web developers and content creators to ensure technical SEO best practices are implemented.
  8. Social Media Management (Supervise, but when needed, execute as well):
  9. Create and manage engaging content across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Quora, etc.) to enhance brand visibility and community engagement.
  10. Develop and execute social media campaigns that align with overall marketing strategies and drive user-generated content.
  11. Monitor social media trends and analytics to adjust strategies and improve engagement metrics.
  12. Content Development:
  13. Oversee the creation of compelling content that resonates with target audiences, including articles, videos, and graphics related to Hair, Skin, and Cosmetic products.
  14. Ensure all content is SEO-optimized and adheres to brand guidelines.
  15. Customer Engagement( WRT Retain of customer – CRM):
  16. Leverage data-driven insights to enhance the customer journey, improving user experience across digital platforms.
  17. Develop retention strategies that utilise email marketing, personalised messaging, and loyalty programs.
  18. Analytics and Reporting:
  19. Utilise analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights) to track performance metrics, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
  20. Prepare and present regular reports on campaign performance, market trends, and growth opportunities.
  21. Budget Management:
  22. Manage digital marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximise impact.
  23. Track spending and performance against budget goals, adjusting strategies as needed.
  24. Collaboration and Leadership:
  25. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and customer service, to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
  26. Mentor and guide junior marketing staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.


Qualifications:

  1. Education: Bachelor’s degree and MBA or a related field; Engineering/Science bachelor's degree preferred.
  2. Experience: 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on performance marketing, SEO, social media, CMS, and CRM, ideally within the health or Cosmetic sectors.
  3. Skills:
  4. Proficiency in digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) and analytics tools.
  5. Strong understanding of SEO best practices and tools (e.g., SEMrush, Moz).
  6. Proficiency in different CMS as well CRM Platforms or should be able to quickly pick up the system learnings.
  7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  8. Creative thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  9. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Attributes:

  1. Passion for health and wellness, particularly in Hair, Skin, and Cosmetic products.
  2. Should have a Proven track record of successful digital marketing campaigns with measurable outcomes.
  3. Experience working with influencers and brand ambassadors in the beauty space is a plus.
