Work Location: Back Side of Bandra Kurla Complex, Kalina CST Road, Santacruz (E).
Working Days: Monday to Saturday (6Days in a Week)

Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager/ Manager, Digital Marketing & Growth at The Esthetic Clinics in Mumbai. The role involves tasks such as social media marketing, lead generation, web analytics, and digital marketing strategies. The Assistant Manager/ Manager will play a key role in driving the clinic's online presence and growth through various marketing initiatives.
We are looking for a skilled and passionate Assistant Manager/Manager of Digital Marketing and Growth to drive our digital marketing initiatives within the Hair, Skin, and Cosmetic category of the health industry. This role requires hands-on execution experience in performance marketing, SEO, and social media, along with a strategic mindset to optimize our online presence and drive customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Performance Marketing:
- Supervise, oversee, and manage performance marketing campaigns across channels (PPC, display ads, retargeting) to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
- Monitor, analyse, and report on campaign performance, optimising strategies to maximise ROI and achieve KPIs.
- SEO Strategy:
- Conduct thorough keyword research and competitive analysis to inform content strategy and SEO initiatives, along with SEO agency/ Freelancers.
- Optimize website content, landing pages, and blog posts for search engines to improve organic search rankings and traffic, along with a content writer.
- Collaborate with web developers and content creators to ensure technical SEO best practices are implemented.
- Social Media Management (Supervise, but when needed, execute as well):
- Create and manage engaging content across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Quora, etc.) to enhance brand visibility and community engagement.
- Develop and execute social media campaigns that align with overall marketing strategies and drive user-generated content.
- Monitor social media trends and analytics to adjust strategies and improve engagement metrics.
- Content Development:
- Oversee the creation of compelling content that resonates with target audiences, including articles, videos, and graphics related to Hair, Skin, and Cosmetic products.
- Ensure all content is SEO-optimized and adheres to brand guidelines.
- Customer Engagement( WRT Retain of customer – CRM):
- Leverage data-driven insights to enhance the customer journey, improving user experience across digital platforms.
- Develop retention strategies that utilise email marketing, personalised messaging, and loyalty programs.
- Analytics and Reporting:
- Utilise analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights) to track performance metrics, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Prepare and present regular reports on campaign performance, market trends, and growth opportunities.
- Budget Management:
- Manage digital marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximise impact.
- Track spending and performance against budget goals, adjusting strategies as needed.
- Collaboration and Leadership:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and customer service, to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
- Mentor and guide junior marketing staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree and MBA or a related field; Engineering/Science bachelor's degree preferred.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on performance marketing, SEO, social media, CMS, and CRM, ideally within the health or Cosmetic sectors.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) and analytics tools.
- Strong understanding of SEO best practices and tools (e.g., SEMrush, Moz).
- Proficiency in different CMS as well CRM Platforms or should be able to quickly pick up the system learnings.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Attributes:
- Passion for health and wellness, particularly in Hair, Skin, and Cosmetic products.
- Should have a Proven track record of successful digital marketing campaigns with measurable outcomes.
- Experience working with influencers and brand ambassadors in the beauty space is a plus.
