Role: Key Account Manager – E-commerce Location: Mumbai | Function: E-commerce | Experience: 1+ years preferred About the Role: We’re looking for a driven and detail-obsessed Key Account Manager to lead our growth on some of India's largest marketplace. You’ll own account growth, drive visibility, optimize performance levers, and ensure we stay ahead in a fast-moving, algorithm-led ecosystem. Key Responsibilities: ● Manage end-to-end business performance on growing platforms like Flipkart, Flipkart Minutes, Myntra and others. ● Drive topline growth by improving availability of stock, improving selection, managing channel promotion, visibility & consumer experience. ● Lead monthly/quarterly Joint Business Plans with channel category teams and channel partners ● Unlock channel growth by liasoning with channel partners and identifying growth areas in category and on channel ● Drive flawless execution during high-traffic sale events on channel ● Own channel topline and control all related costs. What We’re Looking For: ● 1 Years+ experience of account management in E-commerce or MT ● Strong understanding of P&L ● Analytical mindset with solid command of Excel ● Excellent communication and negotiation skills; ability to influence category teams & channel partners ● Bias for action, accountability, and agility in a fast-paced environment
