We are looking out for Business Development Manager or Regional Marketing Manager.
Locations; Bangalore / Pune/ Mumbai/Baroda/Indore /Delhi
Experience: 8 - 10 Years (Cable industry Preferred)
Key Responsibilities: 1. Sales & Revenue Generation • Drive end-to-end sales activities for EHV, HT, and LT cables, targeting power distribution, industrial, infrastructure, and utility sectors. • Identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and convert them into profitable sales. • Achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue objectives in assigned territories or market segments. 2. Business Development • Develop and execute strategic plans to expand the customer base and market presence. • Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to shape business strategies. • Build and manage a robust sales pipeline to support short- and long-term growth. 3. Customer Relationship Management • Foster long-term, value-driven relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, EPCs, and other key stakeholders. • Act as a trusted advisor to customers by understanding their business needs and offering tailored solutions. 4. B2B Sales & Marketing • Lead B2B marketing campaigns and promotional activities in alignment with company goals. • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales tools, presentations, proposals, and marketing content.
