Job Title: Graphic Designer (Production)

Location:Dumas Road, beside Le Meridien Hotel, near Airport, Surat, Gujarat – 395007

Salary: Up to ₹22,000 CTC

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM

About the Role -

We are looking for a passionate and creativeGraphic Designer to join our team in Surat. The Graphic Designer will be primarily responsible for creating detailed techpacks (garment documentation) and ensuring seamless communication of garment details between the design and production teams. The role also includes supporting sample management, production sampling, and assisting in the planning process.

Core Responsibilities

* Prepare and maintain accurate techpacks, including garment specifications, construction details, trims, and size charts.

* Collaborate closely with the design and production teams to ensure clarity and accuracy of all technical documentation.

* Manage and coordinate the sampling process, ensuring timely execution and approvals.

* Assist in production planning and day-to-day coordination for smooth workflow.

* Ensure quality standards and consistency in all garment documentation and samples.

* Support the design team with illustrations, garment mock-ups, and technical drawings as required.

Experience & Education

* Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator (mandatory).

* Strong technical design and garment documentation skills.

* Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and time management abilities.

* Ability to work collaboratively across design and production teams.

* Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Fashion Design, Graphic Design, Textile Design,or a related field.

* Prior experience in the apparel industry is highly desirable.

* Experience in preparing techpacks, garment specifications, and size charts will be a strong plus.

* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
