Job description

Role Overview


The Process Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring smooth execution of internal processes, following up with staff to complete tasks, and escalating any delays to the Managing Director. This role is ideal for an organized, proactive individual who can manage follow-ups across different teams and ensure accountability in daily operations.


Key Responsibilities


• Drive company processes and ensure compliance across departments.

• Follow up with staff to ensure timely completion of tasks.

• Escalate delays, issues, or gaps in process execution to the MD.

• Maintain proper records and data using Excel and other office tools.

• Support systems and workflows developed during management workshops.

• Coordinate across teams to maintain smooth operational flow.


Required Skills & Competencies


• Fresher or 1–2 years of experience in a coordination/administrative role.

• Female candidates preferred.

• Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer operations.

• Strong communication and follow-up skills.

• Organized, disciplined, and proactive approach to work.
