Job Title: Manager – Operations Location: Pune, India Company: Fittr About the Role We are seeking a Manager – Operations with 5-7 years of experience to oversee and streamline day-to-day business operations. The role requires a proactive problem solver who can balance strategic thinking with execution, ensuring efficient processes that support Fittr’s growth and scalability. Key Responsibilities ● Manage daily operations to ensure smooth functioning across business units. ● Design, implement, and optimize operational processes, SOPs, and workflows. ● Coordinate with cross-functional teams (coaching, product, customer support, marketing, and finance) to ensure alignment and efficiency. ● Track and analyze operational performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvements. ● Lead and mentor a small operations team; ensure accountability and timely execution of projects. ● Oversee vendor and partner management, including negotiations and contracts. ● Identify bottlenecks and resolve operational challenges proactively. ● Support leadership in planning, resource allocation, and execution of strategic initiatives. ● Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements. Qualifications ● Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, or related field. ● 5-7 years of experience in operations management; prior experience in consumer tech, healthcare, fitness, or service-driven industries preferred. ● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to interpret data and drive decisions. ● Proven track record of process improvement and project management. ● Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills. ● Hands-on experience with operations tools, CRM systems, or project management platforms. ● Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
