Key responsibilities

1. Customer Service: Greet customers, answer questions, provide styling advice, and assist with finding products and the right fit.
2. Sales and Transactions: Meet or exceed sales goals, process purchases and returns accurately at the cash register, and handle customer issues professionally.
3. Store and Product Management: Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor, restock merchandise, and manage inventory.
4. Product Knowledge: Stay updated on current fashion trends and have a deep understanding of the products to better assist customers.

Qualifications

1. Previous sales or customer service experience is often preferred.
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
3. Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for helping people.
4. Good problem-solving skills.
5. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
