With a strong commitment to excellence and integrity, we continue to set new benchmarks in product quality and customer satisfaction. 💼 Role Overview We are looking for a Senior HR Executive who will manage all HR functions including recruitment, payroll, compliance, and employee engagement. The role requires a proactive individual with a strong understanding of HR operations and labour laws in a manufacturing setup. 💼 Key Responsibilities  Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.  Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and payroll.  Ensure statutory compliance – PF, ESIC, Gratuity, and Labour Laws.  Draft, implement, and monitor HR policies and procedures.  Handle employee grievances and foster a positive work culture.  Conduct performance appraisals and assist in training initiatives.  Prepare HR MIS reports and maintain accurate documentation.  Coordinate with management on manpower planning and performance improvement. 💼 Candidate Requirements  Male candidate with 3–7 years of relevant experience.  Qualification: Graduate / MBA in Human Resources.  Strong knowledge of HR operations, payroll, and compliance.  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.  Proficient in MS Office and HR management software.  Prior experience in the manufacturing or FMCG sector preferred.
