📌 Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and payroll.
- Ensure statutory compliance – PF, ESIC, Gratuity, and Labour Laws.
- Draft, implement, and monitor HR policies and procedures.
- Handle employee grievances and foster a positive work culture.
- Conduct performance appraisals and assist in training initiatives.
- Prepare HR MIS reports and maintain accurate documentation.
- Coordinate with management on manpower planning and performance improvement.
🧩 Candidate Requirements
- Male candidate with 3–7 years of relevant experience.
- Qualification: Graduate / MBA in Human Resources.
- Strong knowledge of HR operations, payroll, and compliance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and HR management software.
- Prior experience in the manufacturing or FMCG sector preferred.
