Job Title: Associate Partner Department: Fresh SalesSUMMARY OF THE JOB:This position is for the direct(fresh) sales role. This is a key role for the company asthis team is charged with getting new clients to SecureNow. Fresh team salespersons may focus on select industry segments or products or may have ageographic focus. The person will have deep knowledge of commercial insurancessuch as property, marine and liability & employee benefit insurances. The personhas the primary responsibility of building and maintaining a relationship withclients. Once a new client is acquired, the person has to support the transition,over a one year period, to the retention team.Reporting to: BusinessHead/DirectorLocation: MumbaiNature of the Job: Full - Time Experience: 4 -7 yearsSecureNow Insurance Broker Private Ltd.Office: Plot 68, Sector 18, (opp: HIPA) Gurugram,ROLES & RESPONSIBILITY:1) Actively manage the insurance sales process: lead generation, credentials pitch,consultative questioning, solutions pitch, negotiations, and closing Lead and beaccountable for all client proposals, contracts and any other documentationfollowing company procedures.2) Create compelling profit objectives and maximize cross-selling opportunities bykeeping up-to- date with the new product developments and enhancements. Thisincludes conducting revenue analysis of current business partners, of the channel.3) Develop overall BD strategic action plans to ensure achievement of revenuetargets including market intelligence, business segmentation, competitor analysisand customizing our value.4) Work with underwriters to design and negotiate products relevant to thecustomer. Leverage prevailing best practices to deliver optimal solution for theClient.5) Map potential prospects in allocated geographies. Estimate profit pool for eachsub-segment and develop a tailored outreach strategy and nuanced proposition forspecific customer segments.Work with servicing team to develop and deliver clientengagement plan. Identify prevalent value added services for each LOBs andensure smooth delivery6) Report achievement vis-a-vis plan on periodic basis to management team.Maintain MIS on key performance indicators
