Dass Group continues its journey of innovation, quality, and global impact — creating opportunities that enrich the lives of employees, partners, and customers worldwide. 🏢 Position: Phone Sales – International Market (Individual Contributor) 📍 Location: Faridabad (Next to NHPC Metro Station) 📍 Working Days: 5 Days a Week (Australia Shift – 5:00 AM to 2:00 PM) 📍 CTC Offered: Up to ₹9 LPA + Incentives + Conveyance Reimbursement 🏢 Key Responsibilities  Conduct outbound international sales calls, primarily targeting the Australian market.  Utilize both scripted and relationship-based selling approaches to drive conversions.  Address customer queries effectively and promote upselling/cross-selling opportunities.  Maintain CRM records with high accuracy and ensure up-to-date data management.  Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.  Contribute to a positive team culture and engage actively in floor activities. 🏢 Candidate Requirements  Minimum 3 years of experience in international outbound sales (UK / US / Australia markets).  Excellent English communication skills with a neutral accent.  Prior experience working with dialers / CRM systems preferred.  Strong sales acumen, with a passion for conversation, persuasion, and closing deals.  Target-oriented mindset with enthusiasm for growth and learning.  Interest or knowledge in wine products will be an added advantage.  Must reside within 25 km radius of Faridabad office. 🏢 Why Join Us  Work with one of Australia’s fastest-growing e-commerce companies.  Attractive compensation and incentive structure.  Exposure to international clients and global sales practices.  Vibrant work environment with opportunities for growth and recognition. 🏢 How to Apply If you’re passionate about sales and eager to build an international career, send your CV Website :- https://justwines.com.au/
