The company specializes in innovative glass solutions, façade systems, and structural glazing works for commercial and residential projects. Job Summary: We are seeking a Billing Executive with over 1 year of experience to manage billing, invoicing, and related financial documentation. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, organized, and proficient in accounting software and GST billing processes. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and process sales and service invoices accurately and on time. Verify purchase orders, delivery challans, and work completion reports before billing Maintain and update customer billing records and ensure proper documentation. Coordinate with accounts, sales, and project teams to resolve billing discrepancies. Generate and manage credit/debit notes and handle GST compliance. Support in monthly reconciliation, payment follow-ups, and audit preparation. Maintain confidentiality of financial information and ensure compliance with company policies. Required Skills and Competencies: Strong knowledge of Tally ERP, MS Excel, and accounting principles. Understanding of GST, TDS, and basic taxation concepts. Excellent organizational and communication skills. High level of accuracy and attention to detail. Ability to work effectively in a team and meet deadlines. Educational Qualification: B.Com / M.Com or equivalent degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce.
