Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive IT Administrator to join our team. As an IT Administrator at Durall Systems India Pvt. Ltd., you will play a crucial role in maintaining, managing, and optimizing the company's IT infrastructure. This role requires someone who is detail-oriented, has hands-on experience with system administration, and is eager to contribute to the smooth running of day-to-day IT operations. Key Responsibilities:  System Administration: Manage and maintain company IT systems, including servers, network infrastructure, and hardware.  Network Management: Ensure the smooth functioning of the company's local area network (LAN), wide area network (WAN), and other communication systems.  Troubleshooting: Identify, diagnose, and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner.  User Support: Provide support to employees for hardware, software, and network-related issues. Address and resolve technical inquiries in a professional manner.  Security Management: Ensure that all systems are secure and up to date with the latest security patches and antivirus software.  Backup & Recovery: Implement and manage data backup solutions to prevent data loss and ensure recovery processes are effective.  Software Installation & Maintenance: Install, configure, and update various software applications and operating systems.  Documentation: Maintain accurate records of systems configurations, technical issues, and solutions provided.  Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with the IT support team and other departments to streamline processes and improve system performance. Qualifications & Skills:  Education: A degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.  Experience: Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in IT administration, preferably in a similar environment.  Technical Skills: o Familiarity with operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS). o Knowledge of networking concepts (LAN/WAN, DNS, DHCP, VPN). o Experience with cloud computing platforms (AWS, Microsoft Azure). o Understanding of security protocols and firewalls. o Experience with hardware setups, maintenance, and troubleshooting.  Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.  Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.  Attention to Detail: Ability to work efficiently while ensuring accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.
