Job Title: Senior Production & Operations Executive Location: NCR (Delhi, Gurgaon, Noida) Industry: Event Management Experience: 8-12 years Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Production & Operations Executive with strong vendor connections across NCR. The role involves complete ownership of event production — from concept execution and budgeting to on-ground implementation and vendor management. The ideal candidate will bring creative ideas to life through efficient planning, strong market knowledge, and cost-effective operations. Key Responsibilities: Production & Operations ● Manage and supervise the complete production cycle for corporate, social, and experiential events. ● Convert creative concepts into tangible setups — including fabrication, stage design, branding, décor, and experiential installations (POPs). ● Oversee on-ground setups, logistics, and technical executions, ensuring flawless delivery. ● Conduct market and material research to find cost-effective and innovative solutions for event elements and props. ● Handle on-ground purchasing for materials, fabrication items, and last-minute event requirements. Budgeting & Financial Management ● Prepare detailed event budgets, cost sheets, and client quotations. ● Work closely with management to maintain healthy profit margins on every project. ● Negotiate rates with vendors and suppliers to optimize cost efficiency without compromising quality. ● Track and reconcile event expenses post-production to ensure profitability and transparency. Vendor & Team Coordination ● Maintain and expand a strong vendor and supplier database across NCR. ● Coordinate with vendors for fabrication, sound, lights, stage, AV, printing, logistics, and manpower. ● Supervise on-ground production teams and ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards. Research & Development ● Conduct in-depth research for artists, performers, emcees, speakers, and other event talent as per client needs. ● Explore innovative materials, technologies, and vendors to bring new ideas and experiences to life. ● Source and evaluate new event trends, formats, and execution methods for creative enhancement. Client Coordination & Reporting ● Collaborate with client servicing and creative teams to ensure alignment with client expectations. ● Manage production timelines, deliverables, and real-time issue resolution during events. ● Prepare post-event reports including financial summaries, learnings, and vendor evaluations. Requirements: ● Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Production, or a related field. ● 8+ years of experience in event production, operations, and budgeting. ● Proven experience in cost estimation, vendor negotiation, and maintaining profit margins. ● Strong connections with local vendors, suppliers, and production houses in NCR. ● Excellent understanding of stage design, fabrication, lighting, AV setups, and décor. ● Strong organizational, multitasking, and leadership skills. ● Proficiency in MS Office, Excel (for cost sheets), and event management tools. ● Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including weekends and late nights during events.
