Position Overview:
The Account Executive will be responsible for managing and overseeing the organization’s financial operations to ensure accuracy, compliance, and strategic alignment with business goals. The role involves financial planning, budgeting, reporting, and analysis while providing valuable insights to support business decisions. The ideal candidate will bring strong financial acumen, capability, and a results-driven approach to optimize financial performance and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage aspects of financial operations, including accounting, forecasting, and statutory compliance.
- Prepare, analyse and interpret monthly financial statements, including Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and stock reports.
- Provide financial insights and strategic recommendations to the leadership team to support business decisions and growth initiatives.
- Collaborate with project and sales teams to evaluate project feasibility, profitability and financial performance.
- Identify underperforming projects, analyse root causes and coordinate with relevant departments to implement corrective measures.
- Ensure timely compliance with statutory, tax and regulatory requirements.
- Support internal audits and coordinate with external auditors to ensure transparency and accountability.
- Reconcile payroll data between the HRMS and Tally software, ensuring accuracy in salary disbursements, statutory deductions, and accounting entries.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or related discipline (CA / CMA preferred).
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in financial management, accounting, or corporate finance.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and compliance regulations.
- Hands-on experience with Tally ERP & HRMS platform.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate effectively across departments.
