Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Operations Manager to oversee and manage the daily operations of our textile manufacturing unit in Sachin, Surat. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring production efficiency, maintaining quality standards, optimizing resource utilization, and leading cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise day-to-day operations in the textile production unit.

Plan and monitor production schedules to meet quality and delivery targets.

Coordinate with departments such as procurement, quality control, HR, and logistics.

Ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of manufacturing processes.

Optimize manpower utilization and manage shift operations effectively.

Implement operational strategies to improve productivity and reduce costs.

Maintain inventory control and ensure timely material availability.

Monitor and maintain safety, compliance, and hygiene standards.

Prepare and present performance reports to management.

Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Textile Technology, Operations Management, or related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in textile manufacturing or operations.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Good understanding of textile processes, production flow, and quality systems.

Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
