Job Title: Recovery Agent

Location: Bavdhan, Pune

Employment Type: Full-Time

Department: Collections

Salary: 22k CTC + Petrol allowance

Job Purpose:

We're seeking a skilled Recovery Agent to recover pending payments, outstanding dues, and company assets from defaulting customers while maintaining professionalism and adhering to company policies and legal guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and visit defaulter customers to recover dues and/or repossess assets

- Professionally communicate with customers to resolve disputes and negotiate payment plans

- Regularly follow up with customers via phone calls, emails, or field visits

- Coordinate with finance, legal, and operations teams for account details and asset recovery plans

- Prepare daily/weekly reports on collection progress and challenges faced

Requirements:

- Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate (Preferred)

- 1-3 years' experience in collections, field recovery, or customer handling

- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills

- Good communication and interpersonal skills (verbal and written)

- Knowledge of collection laws and compliance practices

- Valid driving license (preferred)

- Familiarity with basic computer tools (Excel, CRM, MIS)

Performance Metrics:

- Percentage of outstanding dues recovered

- Number of assets successfully retrieved

- Timeliness and accuracy of reporting

- Customer satisfaction and professionalism
